1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Wedding Bells App, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and consent to the collection, use, and storage of your data as described in our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use this app.

2. App Purpose

This app is designed exclusively to provide a personalized experience for guests of Sourish and Mandira’s wedding. Features include:

• Customized invitations for bride and groom sides
• RSVP and guest management
• Google Sign-In authentication
• Location maps and navigation to wedding venues
• Calling and messaging via WhatsApp or in-app
• Calendar event creation for wedding events
• Push notifications for updates via Firebase Cloud Messaging

3. User Obligations

• Provide accurate and complete information during Google Sign-In and RSVP submissions.
• Respect the privacy of other guests and do not misuse personal contact information.
• Use the app only for wedding-related purposes and not for commercial, abusive, or unlawful activities.
• Do not attempt to interfere with or compromise the security of the app or its services.

4. Data Collection and Usage

We collect personal information, usage data, device and location information, and communication data as described in our Privacy Policy. This information is used solely to:

• Provide and maintain app functionality and personalized invitations
• Process RSVPs, guest information, and event-related communications
• Enable calling, messaging, and navigation features safely
• Send wedding-related notifications and updates
• Comply with legal obligations

5. Account Deletion

Users may delete their account at any time. Deletion will permanently remove all personal data, RSVPs, invitations, messages, and event history from our servers, including Firebase Firestore and Storage. Account deletion is irreversible. For more details, visit our Delete Account page.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Wedding Bells App and its developers are not responsible for any damages arising from your use of the app, including:

• Errors or inaccuracies in invitations, event information, or notifications
• Loss, corruption, or unauthorized access to personal data
• Misuse of calling, messaging, or navigation features
• Third-party interactions, integrations, or external services

7. Intellectual Property

All content in the app—including text, images, graphics, invitations, and software—is owned by the Wedding Bells App or its licensors. You may use this content only for personal purposes related to the wedding. Unauthorized copying, modification, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

8. Third-Party Services

The app integrates with third-party services such as Google Sign-In, Firebase, WhatsApp, and Google Maps. Your use of these services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies.

9. Modifications

We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of any changes. Users should review these terms periodically.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from app usage will be resolved exclusively in the courts of India.
